Village get a new look in its popular Huntersville, North Carolina Shopping center
Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC – You may notice a few changes to the look of the center on your next visit. We’re excited to announce that we’re installing a new wayfinding and identification sign package to refresh the look of the property and make finding your favorite shopping destinations as quick and easy as possible.
All existing signage on property is being replaced, including the main pylon sign at the Lindholm Drive entrance. This entry sign is easily visible to motorists on Sam Furr Road and prominently displays the new logo as well as the names of multiple property tenants. Each of the vehicle directional signs located on street corners and thoroughfares throughout the property also receive the new treatment, with the added amenity of a property directory on many of these signs. The existing directory upgrades include enhanced illumination so they can easily be located and read after dark. Other parts of the program include new informational signage, office building signage and branded pole banners.
In addition to the upgraded signage, Birkdale Village also has a new, colorful logo that reflects a fresh take on the Birkdale experience.
The project is expected to be complete by the end of October and Birkdale Village will keep shoppers updated on the progress on Facebook. Updates will include photos and a series of fun contests the week of October 30 with the chance to win gift cards to Birkdale Village stores.
